Administrative Coordinator
- Production of temporary contracts and TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment) contracts.
- Management of starter paperwork to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Administration of pay increases, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Digitisation of files, contributing to the transition to a paperless environment.
- Proven administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience with using templates and standardised forms to ensure work accuracy.
- Previous HR experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficient in digital file management and the digitisation process.
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.
- Flexible part-time hours.
