We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly prestigious US law firm in the City.

The firm is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join their central business support team, working alongside the Director of Administration and Administrative Coordinator.

Duties include: creating and managing documents, assisting with diary management, scheduling travel and accommodation bookings and producing expenses and invoices.

We are looking for candidates educated to A-level standard or above with proven administrative experience within professional services. It’s a largely based admin role that supports managers and directors across all functions in the office, so candidates should be confident and personable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
