Are you a highly organised and adaptable administrative professional seeking a dynamic role within a prestigious legal environment? Our client who are, an established and respected legal firm, are looking for a full-time Administration Assistant to join their Edinburgh office.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and processing.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including copying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing.
  • Update and maintain legal documents (Counsel Papers).
  • Act as a welcoming point of contact, offering cover for Reception and switchboard as needed.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including room setup and catering arrangements.
  • Assist with file archiving and digital document management.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to maintain a well-functioning and professional office environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in an office setting, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • A proactive, self-starter with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
