We are currently seeking Administrators to join our professional teams. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including word processing, client setup, scanning, and postal duties. Administrators may also cover reception responsibilities, such as meeting and greeting clients and managing calls. This position offers excellent internal training and the opportunity to develop your experience within a professional firm.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties including word processing of letters and setting up new clients.
  • Handle scanning and postal tasks efficiently.
  • Cover reception duties as needed, including meeting and greeting clients/visitors.
  • Answer and transfer internal and external calls with professionalism.
  • Maintain organised records and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Previous experience within the financial sector is advantageous.
  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
