Administration Presentation Specialist
We are hiring a presentation specialist to join our global and top-tier investment bank, based in Canary Wharf, for 12 months. This role requires your presence onsite five days a week.
You will create pitch books and live deal materials per the internal client briefings. This role will require you to produce various marketing materials (e.g.,branded PowerPoint pitch books, branded Word information memoranda, infographics, diagrams, advanced XLS charting) using MS Office to an advanced level.
Duties:
- Work closely with designers and project coordinators to create pitch materials.
- Assists with producing creative PPT output and visual solutions.
- Ensures all materials produced are correct.
- Liaises directly with workflow staff and clients to determine deadlines, job instructions and design requirements.
- Completes related admin for accurate work billing and job tracking purposes.
Candidate specification:
- 3+ years of experience providing presentation support in a corporate environment.
- Degree educated.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) - essential.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a busy environment.
- High levels of communication skills, both written and verbal.
