Our client, a vibrant, innovative Agency in the heart of Brighton, are hiring for a Office Manager to join their team.

Working for an established lettings business with a real focus on student accommodation, you will be overseeing the smooth running of the office, managing a team of 2 administrators

The role:

  • Managing team of 2 administrators
  • Overseeing the tenancy paperwork process
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience
  • General office management and IT/ office maintenance
  • Compliance process adhered to

About you:

  • Strong administration experience
  • Property experience an advantage
  • Previous office management/coordination
  • Proven customer service experience

This role would be great for an experienced Office Manager, or an experienced Office Coordinator/Senior Administrator looking to take a step up
