My client is an educational organisation that provide apprenticeships across a variety of skill and workplaces. Due to growth and they require and experienced administration manager to manage the MIS which underpins the funding process of the business. Ideally your experience will include ESFA, MIS and ILR knowledge and experience, however it is not essential.

The role:

To undertake all data entry requirements for Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) contracts

Manage the administration between employer access to the apprenticeship service and maintain relationships to support ongoing updates

Ensure all Individual Learning Record (ILR) are processed accurately and efficiently

Monitor, report and submit administration in line with monthly deadlines

Liaise with colleagues to prepare, check, and submit data, in line with monthly deadlines.

Produce and provide monthly reports

Monitor data and report on submissions

Assist with the booking of apprentices on to the online teaching sessions

Adhere to GDPR requirements for data
