Administration Executive

Wild Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Office Administration to join an already established team based in Poole.

You will need to be an experienced administrator, with a strong work ethic, clear verbal and written communication. Experience in using SAGE is preferable.


Your daily duties as an Administrator will include:

  • Answering general inquiries via telephone/email.
  • Keeping the office tidy and presentable always
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth running of daily duties.
  • Completing any other duties set out by management
  • Creating Purchase Orders, Quotes and Invoices.

Hours will be:

Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 17:00pm

Friday 8:30am - 14:30pm

Salary between £28,000 - £30,000
