Administration Assistant
Time Appointments are currently working on behalf of a growing, modern, forward-thinking Essex Insurance Broker with wealth of experience in the commercial insurance market. They are currently going through a period of growth and looking to bring onboard a well organised Administration Assistant to their friendly team in Chelmsford.
Key Responsibilities:
· Dispatching market reviews to clients, outlining current market and potential options.
· Updating member details to relevant insurers to ensure all records are accurate.
· Providing support in processing insurance claims.
· Maintaining organised file management both physically and digitally.
The ideal candidate will have a meticulous attention to detail, great organisational skills, excellent communication skills and a proficiency in Microsoft office and database management.
