Our Client is a prominent company, specializing in designing, building, and operating Solar Photovoltaic (PV) and Wind Turbine renewable energy systems throughout the United Kingdom. With a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, they are seeking motivated individuals to join their dynamic planning team.
 
What is the purpose of the Administration Assistant?
 
To support the existing Planning Team in all administration tasks.
 
What will you do as the Administration Assistant?
 
You will be supporting the team in navigating planning and grid application processes, evaluating site feasibility for wind energy projects, identifying suitable locations for wind and battery installations across the UK, and managing administrative tasks essential for expanding the project portfolio.
 
What skills and experience will you have as the Administration Assistant?
  • Degree-qualified in planning, renewable energy, environmental or associated area
  • Methodical, accurate and process focused approach
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Experience using ArcGIS & Auto CAD
  • Renewable energy industry knowledge and experience, with a particular focus on wind energy
  • Associate membership of RTPI/ IEMA useful
  • Driving License
