Reed Business Support are currently recruiting for a Middlesbrough based client who are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join their expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, works well in a team, and possesses a confident telephone manner. The successful candidate will be process-driven, with keen attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Communicate effectively with clients over the phone, providing high-quality service and support.
  • Manage and process client requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain and update records and databases with client and valuation data.
  • Coordinate and liaise between lenders and valuers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Utilise email and other IT systems to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Process-driven with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • General IT knowledge and proficiency in using email and office software.

Working hours are from 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
