Administration Assistant
Are you a strong Administrator looking for a new challenge? With a Head Office in Beaconsfield our client have a wonderful opportunity to join them covering on a Mat Leave contract basis. Out client is a busy vehicle rental company who are looking for a Senior Fleet Administrator.
An ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Good Excel knowledge including pivot tables and advanced formulas is essential.
- Good numerical knowledge and understanding of VAT, net and gross figures and calculations.
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service
The role is centred around internal administration following up order processes, talking with clients and internal teams on queries around orders, invoice queries, ensuring all paperwork for vehicles is collected, up-to-date and data is in-putted into the internal systems accurately.
