**What You'll Do**

  • Manage documentation efficiently, including post, expenses, and customer records.
  • Ensure timely issuance of letters, meeting service level agreements.
  • Provide reception cover when needed, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Process amendments to customers' details accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Client Support team to meet customer expectations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and regulatory training initiatives.
