£21,000 - £23,000

My client are an international law firm who are UK leaders in their field. They are looking for a Legal Administration Assistant to help with ad hoc administration support to PA’s, Solicitors and Fee Earners.

The role will require a candidate who is highly organised, well presented and professional. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to join a company that will offer them the potential to grow and develop within the business.

As an Administration Assistant your duties will include:

  • Answering and directing calls to the relevant team
  • Monitoring emails that come into the general company inbox and delegating as necessary
  • Sorting and documenting incoming post
  • Ad hoc administration duties as requested
  • Printing/Binding/Filing/photocopying
  • Preparing bundles for solicitors

As an Administration Assistant you will have the following skills:

  • Previous Administration experience within a Professional Services environment
  • Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
