Ryder Reid are looking to recruit a confident and personable Administration Assistant to join one of our highly reputable law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office.

You will be working closely with Senior Management providing effective administrative assistance.

The general duties of the Administration Assistant will include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating & managing documents
  • Producing, formatting & proofreading documents
  • Assisting with diary management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Processing expense and invoices

It is a requirement that you have previous experience with administration within professional services & direct customer service.

You must have superb organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Confidence is key as you will be working with staff at all levels.

The hours for the role will be 9:30am-17:30pm in the office, Monday - Friday.
