Administration Assistant Apprenticeship

This is an apprenticeship position where you will be working towards a level 2/3 Business Administration qualification.

Training is both on going and comprehensive. You will receive full internal and external training in all aspects of Business Administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with both candidates and tutors both face to face and over the telephone
  • Updating the company databases and CRM systems
  • Filing important documents
  • Keeping up with email correspondence
  • PA duties to the Managing Director of the company
  • Ad Hoc office duties

Skills:

  • Exceptional Excel ability
  • Confident
  • Smart and creative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident to liaise with stake-holders, both over the telephone and face to face
  • Desire to progress in the role
  • Educated to A Level standard
