My client based in Middlesbrough, is looking for an experienced Admin to join their team on a permanent basis.

This an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing retail business, who are in the process of expanding their main offices based in Middlesbrough.

The ideal candidate would be someone who has previous admin experience, who is computer literate and competent in composing emails. You should be enthusiastic with a willingness to progress internally to suit the growing demands of the business.

Duties:

• Responding to customer emails regarding shipping and delivery
• Calling customers to organise delivery slots to their home address
• Completing aftercare calls to ensure everything has been delivered correctly
• Logging correspondence on the internal database
• Occasionally answering incoming calls during busy periods
• Helping out in other areas of the business as and when required
• Training and development provided internally for the opportunity to progress

Rate: £23k

Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5hrs. Saturday is optional overtime

Role: Immediate start for the right candidate, permanent
