Admin Assistant
Client
Clinical membership body, close to London Bridge. Excellent transport links. They currently require a temporary administrative assistant for a period of 4-5 months.
Role
Supporting the Finance team, you will be responsible for answering and directing calls, managing diaries, filing and some working knowledge of spreadsheets. There will also be some accounts reconciliations to assist the finance team
Person
You will be organised and able to multi task
Excellent communication skills
A good understanding of Excel (intermediate)
Have worked within a Finance Department
Immediate availability
Initially office based and then generous hybrid options
35 hour week
possibility of temp to perm
