Role: Admin Assistant

Location: SE London

Contract: Full time (Monday - Friday)

Rate: £120 p/d

Start: ASAP

At Remedy we are looking for a passionate and well-trained Admin Assistant to work on their busy school reception, supporting staff, students, parents, and visitors in ensuring their contact with reception is a positive, effective, informative, and professional one. The successful School Receptionist and Admin Assistant should have a commitment to working in an environment where all staff are passionate about the emotional and academic development of all the students. Some of the key skills we are looking for you to demonstrate are, organisational skills, good oral and written communication skills, and flexibility. School Receptionist and Admin Assistant job summary:

Ideal Candidate:

  • To provide necessary administrative and support service across the school as part of the School Admin team.
  • Must understand school systems such as SIMS
  • The post holder will at all times carry out the duties and responsibilities with due regard to the School Policies and ensure the aspects of the post are performed in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Applicants will have first-rate IT skills in all MS Office applications. * Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal, written and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in school
  • Enhanced DBS (preferably on the update service)
  • Strong administrative ability
