A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a brilliant Admin Assistant with experience, to join a global company based in London. They are looking for a bright, proactive team player who will add value to their excellent company culture.

You will be supporting the General Affairs Department and providing excellent assistance to their team. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office.

What you’ll do
  • To manage the administrative process of the department, including payment process, preparation for monthly reporting, arranging new joiner preparation, etc.
  • Managing documents and files.
  • To manage and record on various tasks such as keeping of assets and supplies.
  • To manage the administrative process of the department including, communicating with service suppliers and manage invoice records.
  • Scheduling and coordinating all parties for meetings, events and other similar activities.
  • Receiving and responding emails to in a professional manner
  • Communicating with different teams and departments internally
  • Other ad hoc jobs designated by CSO and GM of the department.

Who you are
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Extensive experience as Administrative Assistant.
  • Sufficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Confident problem solver with experience dealing with issues promptly
  • Strong administration and decision-making skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Work under own initiative for longer-term projects
  • Able to manage stress, personable, self-confident
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs, particularly for repeated tasks
  • Aspire to grow within the role and be able to adapt

To be successful with application a minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration is necessary.
