Oliver James are pleased to be working with a leading mid-sized pensions consultancy in their search for a Pensions Modelling Expert to join their team in London.

Within this role you will take the lead on the delivery of modelling projects, regularly review and validate existing models, and provide technical specialist expertise, working collaboratively alongside client and technical teams. You will provide an efficient, high-quality service using your technical actuarial and Excel skills to enable high quality delivery of projects.

Role requirements:

• Have a good understanding of valuing UK DB pensions
• Strong technical actuarial skills and a preference to work on technical work
• Excellent Excel and VBA skills
• R coding experience

This is an exciting role with scope to build and lead a team of people to create new Excel models as well as developing and maintaining existing ones. You will provide an efficient, high-quality service using your technical actuarial and Excel skills to enable high quality delivery of projects to a range of clients and teams.
