Acquisitions Executive

A successful, privately-funded Property Investment company, specialising in the Retail Investment market is recruiting an Acquisitions Executive. As a business they aim to add value to their purchases by way of refurbishing, regearing, letting/re-letting, or a combination of all three.

As Acquisition Executive, your role will involve finding and researching prospective property deals, negotiating the purchase terms and contract, executing, and finalising the purchase throughout England.

To be a successful Acquisitions Executive, you must:

• Have your own car and be willing to travel extensively across England to appraise potential acquisitions.
• Be confident, personable, and passionate over the phone when dealing with agents and property owners.
• Have a very good attitude, always maintaining a polite and professional nature.
• Be committed and persistent, and on occasion, thick-skinned.
• Be detail-oriented.
• Have some property experience, perhaps in an Estate Agency.
• Be willing to work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm from our clients’ offices in North London.
• Not be frightened to make lots of phone calls to agents and landlords across the UK looking for potential opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits for the Acquisitions Executive:

• Up to £35,000 basic salary.
• Generous commission structure.
• Bonuses and regular salary reviews.
• A realistic £100,000 OTE.
