The Opportunity

Our client, a highly regarded and rapidly expanding private client wealth manager is currently looking to strengthen their acquisition integration function. This opportunity would suit a candidate looking to launch their career in the wealth management sector and develop their operational and administration/Excel skills. As this business grows it will offer the opportunity to develop a long term career in the business.

The Role

You will be joining a small but growing team responsible for the integration of acquired business into their model and processes and will include essential Excel reporting, communication and meeting with vendors and income reconciliation together with numerous assorted tasks. You will gain exposure to all areas of the business and wealth management generally and develop relationships with stakeholders in the business.

About you

Whilst experience is advantageous in Wealth Management/Financial Services, other backgrounds will be considered as long as you can demonstrate the following requirements:

  • The ability to communicate well at all levels
  • Methodical and ability to prioritise and manage a range of tasks
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to work from own initiative
  • IT literate with strong/advanced level skills in MS Excel
  • Act with honesty and integrity at all times
  • Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate respect to colleagues, clients and our third party suppliers and always considerate of the firm’s reputation
  • Extremely organised with an excellent attention to detail
  • Able to use initiative
