My client is one of the fastest growing acoustics consultancies in the UK offering a full range of noise and vibration services, which include, Noise Impact Assessments, Acoustic Advice, Architectural Designs, Planning and Mapping.

The role is based in London which offers great exposure to a range of different activities and great transport links across the UK and abroad. Past and current projects have been based in the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Greece and China.

Requirements
  • BSc in a relevant subject and or with the IOA Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in acoustic consultancy with a strong record of delivering noise projects to clients
  • A strong technical background in both building and environmental acoustics
  • Experience working with different software packages including: (ODEON, INSUL Soundplan and CaDnaA)
Duties
  • Deliver robust and elegant solutions and advice to clients
  • Utilise project management skills to ensure the process is run smoothly throughout the life cycle of deliverables
  • Be fully involved in all stages of a project and handle all stakeholders in the process with a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage and motivate the junior consultant on projects and ensure all members are guided and motivated in achieving the best outcomes for the clients
