Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client, a boutique firm of chartered accountants based in North London, that due to considerable growth, are eager to appoint a dynamic mixed Accounts & Tax Manager.

Role Requirements -

Preparation/review of corporation tax (CT600) and personal tax self-assessments (SA100) and onward submission to the HMRC
Draft/review financial statements under FRS102-1a and FRS105 for a diverse portfolio of clients (Ltd Co. sole traders and partnerships)
Review payroll data
To assist with audit assignments on an ad-hoc basis
Support and train, where applicable, junior members of the team
Liaise effectively with clients and the HMRC on their behalf
Support the partners as and when required

Person requirements -

ACA/ACCA qualified with 3+ years' UK experience in a similar mixed tax and accounts role at a semi-senior or senior level.
Exposure to audit work would be desirable
Proficiency in a range of accounting software to ideally include Digita and cloud base software such as Xero and Sage 50
