Accounts Senior

TPF Recruitment is proud to represent a reputable client in the recruitment of an Accounts Senior to join team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a primary point of contact for designated clients, managing all their accounts compliance and service requirements.

About the Role:

As an Accounts Senior, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the completion of all relevant tasks related to client accounts while maintaining effective team workflow. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of accounts for companies, partnerships, LLPs, and sole traders
  
• Preparation of tax returns and computations
  
• Review of VAT returns
  
• Tracking work progress and maintaining communication with clients and internal stakeholders
  
• Conducting research and addressing complex client issues
  
• Completing administration on client account files and setting up relevant file reviews
  
• Reviewing work of Accounts Assistants and assisting other service line members as required
  
• Preparing bills and monitoring Work in Progress (WiP)
  

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

• ACA/ACCA/AAT part qualified or previous experience in practice
  
• Ability to prioritize workload and adaptability to changing demands
  
• Enquiring nature with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  
• Team player capable of independent work when required
