**Responsibilities:**

As the chosen Senior Accounts Specialist, your role will be pivotal in delivering top-tier financial services to our client's customers. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and other financial reports.

- Conducting thorough analysis of financial data to provide insights and recommendations to clients, aiding in their strategic decision-making.

- Overseeing the work of junior team members, providing guidance and support as necessary.

- Handling complex accounting issues, reconciliations, and year-end procedures.

- Developing and nurturing client relationships to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

- Staying up-to-date with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

**Qualifications:**

- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).

- Several years of experience in an accountancy practice, with a strong focus on client-facing responsibilities.

- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office suite.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
