Are you an experienced accountancy practice professional who is now ready to take the next step into a role offering plenty of responsibility and opportunity for development? Then I need to hear from you ASAP…

I’m working with a very well-respected firm which has a great reputation in the local market. Due to their continued success they are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior or Manager to take on a role offering a good degree of autonomy.

Working with a varied portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and SME’s, you will take responsibility for year-end accounts and tax return preparation, monthly management accounts, VAT return preparation, providing sound commercial and financial advice to your clients, and ensuring that your clients are transitioned to online accounting software.

This role would suit a fully qualified ACA or ACCA, though my client is also happy to consider applicants who would describe themselves as qualified by experience. Significant experience in an accountancy practice environment is essential, and your technical accounting knowledge should be excellent and fully up to date.

In exchange my client offers a professional and friendly working environment, a competitive salary and benefits package, and excellent opportunities for career advancement.

If this sounds like the type of role that you have been waiting for, please apply ASAP addressed to Rob Emsley and quoting job reference RE9837.

Trial Balance is a market leading supplier of recruitment services to accountancy practices across the South-West and works on vacancies at all levels in a practice environment. For a confidential discussion about your career options please contact Rob Emsley, our dedicated practice specialist.
