A North Wales based Accountancy firm are seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Semi-Senior to join their team. This is an independent practice with a growing client base in the local area. This firm provides a range of services such as general accountancy, tax, VAT, bookkeeping, company secretarial, business advisory and business purchasing services. Due to the wide range of services, you will gain a wide range of exposure and a well-rounded experience. Their clients vary from limited companies and partnerships and are from a range of industries including agriculture, farming, and hospitality.

Your new role
As Account Semi-Senior, you will be responsible for accounts preparation for a range of clients including limited companies and partnerships. You will review work for junior members of staff and will support them in their training and development. You will also get involved with other duties including VAT returns, year end tax returns and have general bookkeeping duties and client relationship management.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience handling accounts for a range of clients and will be able to delegate tasks to the team as well as review the work of junior staff. This candidate will need to be AAT or part ACA qualified. If you are a driven and motivated candidate with a hands-on attitude, this will be a great opportunity.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary between £25,000 and £35,000 dependent on experience. You will be working with a great team of experienced staff in an office with a great location in North Wales and free parking on site. This firm holds 3 team wellness sessions per year in which you will get an afternoon off to prioritise team building and relaxation. They also hold quarterly meetings in the local pub to bring the team together. Due to lots of growth there is also good opportunity for progression.
