Accounts Semi Senior / Senior - Hybrid Working & Competitive Salary

Job Title: Accounts Semi Senior/Senior

Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

Company Overview:

One of our key clients, a leading regional accountancy firm with offices located throughout Cambridgeshire and East Anglia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Semi Senior/Senior to join their Cambridge office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the firm's success and further their career in accountancy.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of year-end financial statements and management accounts for a diverse client base.
• Handling client queries and providing advice on accounting and taxation matters.
• Preparation of personal tax returns.
• Completion of corporation tax computations and VAT returns.
• Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.

Requirements:

• Qualified or studying towards ACA/ACCA qualification.
• Previous experience working within a UK-based accountancy practice.
• Strong technical accounting skills and up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
