My Long established client with an exceptional reputation in the area are looking for a diligent and dedicated Account Receivable assistant.

The purpose of the role will be to accurately process finance transactions relating to customers.

Duties will include but not be limited to;

* Responsible for processing Chargeback defences & recording
* Balance sheet reconciliations of card payments & refunds
* Assistance with Monthly bank reconciliations
* Posting of monies onto ledger allocating correctly
* Process Refunds and chargebacks (including chargeback defences)
* Bank Reconciliations presented to Commercial Finance on a monthly basis
* Fraud checking
* Work accurately to maximise profit and prevent loss
* Build strong relationships with internal colleagues to deliver excellence results and customer service
* Communicate well at all levels and show respect to customers and colleagues alike
* Shares new information with colleagues to improve the overall team knowledge and standards

Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
