Accounts Receivable

Elevation Recruitment are currently partnered with a fantastic business based in York to assist in the recruitment of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their friendly finance team. 

Within the role, you will be predominantly raising sales invoices, issuing credit notes and statements, including copy documents as requested, and supporting the wider team.

Duties and responsibilities:

• To ensure all member deductions processed through the Central Invoicing portal are supported by evidence of an acceptable standard
• To act as quality control for evidence before passing on to suppliers
• To assist with member training on the central invoicing portal
• Process and complete direct debit collections/payments with in-depth breakdowns
• Complete full account / statement reconciliations for both members and suppliers
• To create reporting structure giving assurance to other team members and suppliers that all efforts to maximise systems are in place
• Aid in the maintenance and development of systems
• Assist with month end close, credit control and vital holiday support
• Adhoc business analysis projects
