CMA is exclusively partnering with a growing tourism business based in Petersfield, who are looking for a part-time accounts receivable clerk on a permanent basis. The role is offered on the basis of 15 to 22.5 hours per week, split to suit the successful candidate - however a Monday is mandatory. The role will take ownership of the sales ledger and credit control function for the business and report directly into the Finance Director. 

What will the Accounts Receivable role involve?

  • Allocating payments on a daily basis;
  • Producing reports on a weekly basis;
  • Chasing debt via email and telephone;
  • Credit checking all customers;
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations.

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Receivable vacancy:

  • Previous accounts receivable/credit control experience;
  • Experience of Sage would be advantageous but not essential;
  • Available to work on a Monday.
