This Accounts Receivable Team Leader position is a key role in our Accounting & Finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the accounts receivable team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies in billing.
  • Prepare monthly reports and statements.
  • Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

Profile

The successful candidate requires:

  • Experience managing a team
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
