Reed Finance are partnered with a highly successful and well-known organisation in the recruitment for an Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team. Initially this role is on an interim basis and expected for between 3-6 months to support throughout an upcoming project, however could well be made permanent for the right candidate.

This is a varied role which will support and oversee the timely processing of all income and treasury services for the organisation, ensuring financial controls are embedded in daily operations and the receivable ledger remains in order.

As Accounts Receivable Manager, your key duties will include:

  • Overseeing the accounts receivables ledger aged debt, to ensure that prompt payment is received
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all income received through multiple bank accounts and income streams
  • Proactively identifying any issues surrounding overdue invoices, implementing payment plans and resolving any disputes
  • Maintaining robust financial controls, processes and compliance
  • Overseeing and motivating an experienced AR and Treasury team where needed
  • Supporting on wider finance and cash related issues and projects

Our client are working on a flexible, hybrid basis with 3 days per week required in the office, there are excellent transport links and plenty of free parking on site. Due to the nature of this interim role, the ideal candidate will need to be available immediately or at very short notice.
