Accounts Receivable Lead
Goodman Masson are delighted to be partnered with an impressive UN-backed, international membership organisation on their search for an Accounts Receivable Lead.
What is the role?
Reporting into the Head of Transactions, you would be solely responsible for Accounts Receivable. Main responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of the end-to-end accounts receivable process
- Leading on the invoicing process for membership renewals; planning execution of send-outs and managing queries
- Managing all invoicing and credit collection from a variety of debtors
- Running a high volume AR inbox, proactively and promptly resolving queries
- Liaising with internal stakeholders in country offices to resolve queries and chase debtors
- Other ad-hoc duties as requires
What do you need to succeed?
- At least two years of accounts receivable experience, exposure to this in a membership environment would be beneficial
- Confidence working autonomously & taking ownership of the AR process
- Experience with a variety of accounting software & confidence working with Excel
- Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
