Job Description

Location: Bolton

Salary : up to £32,000

Consultants : Cassidy Pinder & Annie Earley

Currently working with a great company based in Bolton - who have an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. Working hours are Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week and fully office based.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the company Finance Controller & Finance Director. You will be working across End-to-End Credit Control Duties.

  • Responsible for all outstanding Payments / Invoices - Chasing outstanding debt and negotiating Payments
  • Intensive Query Management & Resolution
  • Working with a Portfolio of Clients - including Councils / Restaurants and Cafes
  • Account Management - Updating Payment & Contact Details
  • Allocation of Payments
  • Assisting Finance Members across a range of Sales & Account Queries

Profile:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within Credit Control / Accounts Receivable
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Solid IT skills - including Microsoft Excel
  • Can work to KPI / Targets
  • Experience in Managing a Portfolio of Clients would be beneficial
