This well-known international organisation based in Egham are looking for a part-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their finance team. You will be joining a reputable organisation that continues to expand and offers a great working environment. You will be working between 25 and 30 hours a week and there is flexibility as to how those hours are worked, with hybrid working also available. This is a great role for an experienced Accounts Receivable individual who is looking for a new challenge within a growing business.

Accounts Receivable Clerk - About The Role

In this role you will be working within a finance team of 10 and will be reporting into the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the AR function while also assisting within other areas of finance.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Solely managing the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring all invoices are raised in a timely manner
  • Responsible for the collection of sales ledger debts
  • Building good working relationships with key suppliers
  • Managing, maintaining and reviewing contracts for client accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Overseeing the production of statement runs and subsequent stop process
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Working closely with the account management team with regards to contracts and invoicing
  • Resolution of queries and disputes with suppliers

The successful Accounts Receivable Clerk will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
