Accounts Receivable Assistant
Altum are excited to be working with a global, E-Commerce business in their search for a skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments from clients, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, customer payments, and credits in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage and maintain customer accounts and records
- Review and reconcile accounts receivable ledgers
- Contact customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable process
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
