Accounts Receivable Assistant

An exciting opportunity has opened for an Accounts Receivable Assistant at a very well-established company based in Mid-Kent. This position will report directly to the Finance Manager and is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven experience in a similar role looking for a fast-paced environment and ready to get stuck in!

Duties Include but are not limited to:

  • Processing Credit Notes and Free Text in ERP System
  • Ensuring Credit Notes are approved in a timely manner
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Partnering with the Credit Manager to resolve queries
  • Month End Accounts Receivable reports
  • Other Ad-Hoc tasks related to the position

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven experience in a similar position
  • Have a proactive can do attitude
  • Have meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills
