Role overview:
Joining our clients finance team, the Accounts Receivable Administrator will be instrumental in managing the financial transactions of the company. This role involves handling incoming payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the smooth flow of financial operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Process and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor and track payments, ensuring timely collections
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Respond to internal inquiries and address billing issues courteously
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient financial processes
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting as needed
Core skills:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or similar administrative roles
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
