Accounts Portfolio Manager
We have been instructed on a Business Services/ Accounts Portfolio Manager opportunity on behalf of our client, a forward thinking firm of Chartered Accountants in their Hull office.
Would suit an ACCA or ACA Qualified individual working in general practice seeking a varied role, flexibility and huge scope for progrssion.
This is a genuine opportunity for the right individual to progress to Director.
You will be managing an interesting client portfolio (mainly OMBs & SMEs) from various industries, providing accounts & tax services, mentoring junior staff and reviewing their work.

The Role:
Managing all aspects of the client portfolio, acting as the main point of contact
Preparation and review of statutory accounts under FRS105 & FRS102
Preparation of monthly management reporting packs
Identifying tax planning opportunities
Review of tax compliance
Training junior staff and reviewing their work
Assisting with other ad hoc assignments/ projects
Provision of business advice
Streamlining clients business processes
Client meetings
Business development
You:
ACA/ ACCA Qualified
PQ/ MAAT also considered
Experience of managing a portfolio of clients (ideally)
Good working knowlege of FRS102
Experience of managing junior staff
UK Practice experience is essential
