Description

Accounts Payable Supervisor:

• Oversee daily operations of the Accounts Payable department with x4 direct reports
• Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines
• Manage monthly closing of financial records and posting of month-end information
• Daily one to ones and KPI setting
• Resolve complex accounts payable issues
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Supervisor should have:

• A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
