Accounts Payable Specialist

A great opportunity for an experienced accounts payable specialist on an interim basis of 6 months. This role is based in Manchester and offering between £25,000 to £28,000.

Description

Duties include:

• Processing invoices and payments
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Resolving queries
• Identify any issues and seek ways to improve processes
• Bank reconciliations
• Matching invoices to PO and GR's
• Assisting with new system processes
• Ad hoc duties

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have end to end / full cycle accounts payable experience
• Have experience using multiple accounting systems
• Experience working within a fast pace environment
• Be able to meet deadlines
• Have strong attention to detail
• Have a positive attitude and continuously look for ways to improve processes
• Be proficient in using Excel (pivot tables and look ups)

Job Offer

This role is offering up to £28,000 dependent upon experience + hybrid working + exposure to company transformation and implementation
