Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Nottingham, reporting to the Finance Manager on a temporary basis and starting as soon as possible.

You will play a vital role in our client's Finance Team within the Manufacturing and Production industry based in Nottingham.

Our client is a leader in the Manufacturing and Production industry in Nottingham. They are looking for a Accounts Payable Specialist to join their well established Finance Team on a interim position.

They are offering a salary up to £29,000 (DOE). This is an ongoing position (6 months) with the potential for it to be extended.

Description

Purchase Ledger Clerk Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with queries
  • Matching, coding and processing invoices
  • Monitoring the ledger
  • Reconciliations
  • Making payments
  • Providing support to our clients wider team
  • Preparing weekly payments
  • Supporting with system change
  • Rolling out the changes
  • Training to internal staff
  • Adhoc duties that may be required
  • Above all, playing a fundamental role in our client's business

Profile

The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk:

  • Have experience working as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a all rounded finance position
  • Experience using finance software
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be a team player
  • Be available at short notice or immediately available
