We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious international law firm, who are looking for an experienced legal accounts professional to join their dynamic finance team, in the London office.

Position Overview: As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial transactions of this firm. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in legal accounts or cashiering, with familiarity with Aderant software being highly desirable.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience in legal accounts or cashiering roles required.
• Proficiency in using accounting software, with experience in Aderant considered a strong asset.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with legal billing processes and terminology is advantageous.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
