About our Role
Our retail client based in Ely are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer with previous purchase ledger experience to join their already efficient Finance team. The aspiring candidate can expect a fun but fast paced role where they will be working within a supportive team of 4 and be responsible for all things Accounts's Payable

Job Description
The Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for:
Daily processing of invoices
Ensuring all invoices are raised accurately
Allocating of cash receipts
Issuing of statements
Investigating and resolving invoice queries
Payment runs
Chasing overdue debts
Creating and managing new suppliers
Supporting the Finance Manager
Month end support
The Successful Applicant
Payable or similar position
Be a confident communicator both written and verbal
Be able to commute to Ely
Have strong numeracy skills
Be IT Literate
Have high attention to detail
