Accounts Payable Manager

Accounts Payable Manager | Hybrid - Dartford | £40k - £45k + Bonus

This role as Accounts Payable Manager will be part of a Global organisation who continue to grow. This organisation has an enviable reputation for having an outstanding culture, resulting in incredibly low staff turnover and very few opportunities to join the finance team. Reporting to the Finance Controller, the accounts payable manager will be responsible for supervising and leading the accounts payable team and managing the full cycle of accounts payable.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and maintaining all supplier invoices
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Intercompany processes
• Workflow management
• Expenses processing
• Weekly payment runs - multiple currencies
• Dealing with supplier and internal quieres
• AP Reconciliations to the general ledger - preparing accrual journal
• Staff performance reviews
• Involved with internal projects

What you need:-

• QBE
• 5 years experience working within AP
• 2 years experience supervising
• Process improvements
• Excellent communication
