Accounts Payable Manager | Fast Growth PR Agency | Central London

Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a Scaling PR Agency based in Central London, supporting them with their search for an AP Manager. They've been operating for 25 years predominantly in Tech, Consumer & Financial Services spaces and have won countless awards resulting in growth across all functions in the agency.

The Role:

Slotting into a team of 5 and reporting to an experienced Head of Finance, the role has been newly created to help maintain a more robust finance function as the business looks to continue scaling. You will be responsible for management of several Accounts Payable inboxes, overseeing purchase invoice processing and ensuring the smooth operation of weekly payment runs and completion of month-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing 4x Accounts Payable inboxes
• Prepayments identification & management
• Supplier ledger maintenance
• Cashflow forecast collaboration
• Assistance with implementation of new system, processes & procedures
• Smooth operation of weekly payment runs
• Credit card & supplier statement reconciliation
• Ad hoc duties/projects where required

What We Need to See (Essential Skills):

• 3+ years' working in an AP role
• Experience using Paprika accounting software
• Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
• Good all-rounder, proactive, team player

What We Would Like to See (Bonus Skills):

• Experience working in Media / Creative Agencies / Events / Publishing

Salary: £35-45K

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Central London / Hybrid
