Ryder Reid Legal are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Manager for one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a sixteen month fixed term contract at their stunning London offices, close to Liverpool St. Our client, who specialise in corporate, litigation and restructuring are the looking for someone to come in and become a key player in their Finance team. The ideal candidate for this position must have previous supervisory experience in Accounts Payable processes as well as prior law firm or professional experience.

The general duties of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice and expense report administration.
  • Identify process and related technology improvement ideas and assist with implementation.
  • Manage escalated issues and multiple priorities.
  • Monitor performance metrics of the department.
  • Effectively communicate with users to understand requirement and provide responsive solutions.
  • Work with external service providers.
  • Maintain current documentation for AP procedures.
  • Involvement in payment processing.
